About the facility
Our facility caters to people with unique needs that a typical commercial gym can’t. We have 4 consultation rooms, 1 main gym area, a yoga and group class studio, a reception area, 2 bathrooms with a shower facility, 1 separate toilet with a basin, a storage facility, and a staff room with a kitchen.
Lighting and sound
Our facility has plenty of natural lighting, with blinds over the windows to control the amount of light entering the training rooms.
Artificial lighting is diffused rather than fluorescent down lighting, and is equipped with a dimmer switch to control the amount of ambient light.
A Private Experience
Our private gym offers a tranquil experience where you can focus on your training session without worrying about equipment availability.
