Strength for every body
Kinevo fitness is a private gym with a collective of experts - several personal trainers with different areas of expertise, a physiotherapist, and biokineticist, and a dietician. The facility is aimed at catering for people who need more support than a commercial gym offers; seniors, people with mobility impairments, chronic pain, and sensory processing issues.
Fitness is about your quality of life - add years to your life and life to your years with us!
Fitness for every body - including yours
Not everyone feels at home in a traditional commercial gym, while they offer a broad range of equipment, trainers, and a thriving community, many people still feel uncomfortable or insufficiently supported in these facilities. A well designed exercise programme, a niche facility, and a good trainer can make all the difference. Kinevo fitness aims to help people find the joy in movement and feel empowered by what they can achieve.
Exercise can help with function in everyday life, reduce stress, and improve mobility,
You don’t need to be an elite athlete to enjoy the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of exercise. Find movement you enjoy, get in touch with the way your unique body moves, and make sustainable progress towards your personal goals.
What can exercise do for you?
Fitness isn’t a rigid framework - it’s a set of different aspects that contribute to different areas of your life. Exercise can help with stress management, physical health, mobility, self-actualisation, cognitive function and mood. Get stronger and more mobile to move better in your daily life, get fit so you have more energy, and enjoy the process of learning how your unique body moves.
Who would benefit from our facility?
Seniors
We offer specialised care for a range of different fitness levels in your golden years. You can choose to work one-on-one with a personal trainer or join our senior focused group classes. We offer a wide range of classes, catering to all fitness related needs. Improve your mobility, strength, and balance - feel 10 years younger!
People with social anxiety
Some people feel uncomfortable in a commercial gym - they’re busy, crowded, and loud. Our facility only has our experts and their clients, so people that feel uncomfortable, either due to social anxiety or fear of judgement due to how their body looks, will find the space less daunting.
People with connective tissue disorders
Connective tissue disorders are rare and manifest in different ways. The most common type is hypermobility, and most personal trainers are unaware of how to train these people. They are more prone to injury from traditional strength training, struggle to transfer force and struggle with stability in multiple joints. We have trainers who are specialised in training people with increased or decreased mobility.
People with mobility impairments
Our facility is equipped with specialised tools that allow for exercises to be adapted.
People with chronic pain
Our team of trainers have received additional training on training people with chronic pain and work closely with our physiotherapist and biokineticist.
People with sensory processing issues
Our facility is less brightly lit than a typical commercial gym, with diffused lighting and dimmer switches. Additionally the music is quieter and less overwhelming. This caters for people with sensory processing issues, either as stand alone conditions or as a consequence of other issues like neurodivergence or chronic headaches.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of services to cater for the needs of our clients
Training
All our trainers have their own areas of interest and specialisation.
Individual Training Sessions

Body Composition
We offer analysis with the InBody H20 to keep track of body composition goals. Increased muscle mass is important to maintain mobility and function, especially in older populations.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy can help with injury rehabilitation and chronic pain.
Introductory Package
A 3 session package before joining the facility as a member to provide an individualised training programme, instructions on how to use the equipment, and exercise technique guidance
Other Services
We understand that not everyone can jump right into training. We offer additional services to help people get started.
Dietician
Good nutrition is vital for a healthy lifestyle. It’s not uncommon for people with connective tissue disorders to have gastrointestinal issues. Dieticians can help to improve your nutrition for general health or specific issues.
